Important Note – No Money Refund
We do not offer cash or payment refunds under any circumstances. Only product exchanges are allowed, subject to the terms below.
Exchange Policy
Eligibility:
- You can request an exchange within 3 days from the date of delivery.
- The item must be unused, in its original packaging, and in the same condition as when you received it.
- A 360° unboxing video is mandatory for any exchange request. Without this video proof, your request will not be accepted.
- Proof of purchase (order ID or invoice) is required.
Initiating an Exchange:
- Email us at [email protected] with your order details, the reason for exchange, and your 360° unboxing video showing the product from all angles at the time of package opening.
- Our team will review your request and guide you through the exchange process.
Exchange Shipping:
- Customers are responsible for the return shipping cost unless the exchange is due to our error (e.g., wrong item or damaged product).
Damaged or Incorrect Items
If you receive a damaged or incorrect product:
- Contact us immediately at [email protected] with your 360° unboxing video as proof.
- Once verified, we will arrange for a replacement, including return shipping costs if applicable.
Non-Exchangeable Items
For hygiene and safety reasons, certain products are not eligible for exchange, including:
- Opened personal accessories
- Customized or special-order items
- Products marked “Final Sale”
Cancellations
Orders can be cancelled within 24 hours of placing them. After this time, we may not be able to cancel if the order is already processed for shipping.
