COD Policy

At Borzia, we offer Cash on Delivery (COD) to make your shopping experience simple, safe, and convenient.
However, to prevent fake or unconfirmed orders, we require a small advance payment for all COD orders.

COD Terms & Conditions:

  • Advance Payment: ₹150 must be paid in advance to confirm your COD order.
  • Remaining Payment: The balance amount is payable in cash at the time of delivery.
  • Non-Refundable Advance: If the order is canceled, the ₹150 advance will not be refunded.
  • COD Availability: Available in select locations across India.
  • No Open Delivery: Payment must be made before opening the package.
  • Order Processing: Orders without the required advance will not be shipped under COD.

COD Charges & Advance Payment:

  • Orders up to ₹2000 – ₹150 advance payment required.
  • Orders above ₹2000 – ₹150 COD charges (paid in advance).
  • Orders above ₹3000 – ₹200 COD charges (paid in advance).
  • Orders above ₹4000 – ₹250 COD charges (paid in advance).

Why Do We Charge COD Fees?

Unfortunately, many customers place orders and later refuse to accept them, giving reasons like:

  • “It was ordered by mistake.”
  • “We are not at home now.”
  • “A child placed the order by mistake.”

This causes unnecessary shipping and handling costs, which is why we charge a small advance for COD orders.

How to Place a COD Order?

  1. Select your first copy watch and proceed to checkout.
  2. Choose Cash on Delivery (COD) as your payment method.
  3. Pay the required COD advance via UPI, bank transfer, or other online methods.
  4. Once confirmed, your order will be shipped with Free Shipping across India.
  5. Pay the remaining amount in cash when the package is delivered.
